Mac Candy :: Dockulicious

Even though it’s been previously discussed how to change the Dock’s appearance in Leopard, a better solution has emerged recently. It’s called Dockulicious, it’s the best alternative for Leopard users up to date. The experience consists of both a website that lists for download all available Dock designs, and an application that changes the Mac’s settings in a simple drag-and-drop flick of the mouse.

Dockulicious if free, and user registration is not required to get started on downloading new designs. Why doesn’t Apple think of this simple stuff like this from the beginning?

    Yes, great idea, but I can’t get my new dock design to install! I drag it as requested, keeping it as a zip file (don’t use Safari or it will automatically be unzipped) but zilch. Can anyone throw any light on this for me, please? I’ve seen people on forums having the same problem but as yet no solution. TIA.

    I had the same problem, but cannot say much as it was fixed with a quick restart. Prior to that, someone had suggested to me to make sure I was logged in as an admin within OS X.
