iWoz: Computer Geek to Cult Icon

Remember the other Steve? The Steve that co-founded Apple Computer Inc. (today just Apple Inc.), and designed the Apple I and Apple II computers. You know who I’m talking about — Steve Wozniak.

Wozniak’s autobiography, which keeps up with modern Apple tradition by being titled iWoz, is an exemplary book mainly because of the following characteristics: it never gets dull, the narrative is engaging, and it’s informative. The result is a New York Times best-selling book that turns out to be quite a page turner.

The book chronicles in a seamless fashion the most important stuff from Wozniak’s childhood up to his latest achievements. Aside from Wozniak, there are also insights into other famous people — most notably, his friend Steve Jobs.

Whether you’re an Apple enthusiast, a person who wants to know more about one of the main faces responsible for the modern computer age, or just like to enjoy a good book — iWoz is a must-read.
