CrossOver for gaming

Continuing on the gaming subject discussed last week, I forgot to mention CrossOver as another PC gaming solution.

The reason was that it’s not quite there yet, since only a couple of games run perfectly with it — but those games include Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike Source. Here’s a video showing CrossOver’s power when running Half-Life 2 on a MacBook:

I must point out that the only reason Half-Life 2 may be running at maximum settings within the MacBook is because it’s not being run at full resolution (full screen) because, after all, the MacBook’s video chip is not quite good for gaming… unfortunately, eh, Apple?
