The notMac Challenge.
Just as more users are showing discontent for dotMac’s decreasing value for the actual money paid, here comes a contest for creating a free alternative for it. That contest is the notMac Challenge. This is actually a great idea — because as many of you may remember: before Windows was possible on Intel Macs, another contest drove people into making that a reality. Universal Photoshop Beta.
Heads up! The long-awaited Universal version of Photoshop is now on a fast-track to release! That’s because Adobe’s just announced the public beta of Photoshop CS3. Now perhaps those Mac Pros will finally be put into the heavy-duty work they’re intended for? Oh, and that reminds everyone: where is the Universal version of Macromedia’s (now owned by Adobe) Studio suite?

Gizmodo: “iPhone will be announced on Monday”.
“I guarantee it. It isn’t what I expected at all. And I’ve already said too much”, says Gizmodo’s Brian.
Wow, I wish there was some more tangible evidence. But hope dies last, right?
