In a few clicks!
Find the “Aqua Blue.jpg” file in the /Library/Desktop Pictures/ folder. Now swap it, delete it, archive it, or do whatever you want with it. Then just drag and drop the desired wallpaper image and rename it to — you guessed it — “Aqua Blue.jpg”.
Enjoy your new login menu wallpaper!

In just two steps!
Connect your iPod in disk mode, and create in its main directory a new folder called Demo Mode.
Now, in iTunes choose any video of your liking (assuming it’s compatible with the iPod, of course), and just name its title to Demo.
